Find a Way out to de-stresss

An alternative way to de-stress.

Instructions;
1. Head to the front door of you house and grab your slipper/ flip-flops/ sandals/ heels (if you want to) or anything comfortable for you to walk around.Put them on and leave the house.Do tell your parents when you're heading to just in case they get worried, you see.

2. Walk to the nearest park/ playground or if you prefer/ lazy, you can drive there.

3. While walking/ driving, take some time off, enjoy the sceneries around you.Although it might look the same since you use the road everyday, but if you spare extra time observing them, you might realize there are so many things that you never notice before. It would be awesome if it is windy that day.(This is not recommended for those who are driving, it is better to concentrate on the road!!!)

4. Once you arrive at the park, find a comfortable place to settle down.You can either place your butt nicely on a swing, that's if your butt can still fit, LOL,Sit firmly on a bench,Or just rest on the ground with the grass around you.Pick whichever suits you best.

5. Now, enjoy observing the little kids enjoying themselves in the park.Look at them running up and down the slides,Climbing anything that can,Playing catch,Cycling, etc.

6. Keep your brain shut for a moment.Put all stressful matters aside and keep your brain focus on the kids.Look at how innocent and naive they are without a single feeling of worry or pressure.Let their laughter fills you. Let their smiles touch you. =P-->

Just my random suggestion and my own way of de-stress.
